1. Ordering & Payments

How do I purchase a session or activation?

You can browse available energy sessions, readings, and activations on the website. Once you’ve chosen your session, complete the secure checkout using Stripe. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital and energetic nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to assist you. Read our full Refund Policy for details.

2. How Energy Healing Sessions Work

How are sessions conducted?

All energy healing sessions, activations, and readings are done remotely, meaning there is no need to book an appointment or be online at a specific time.

Do I need to do anything during the session?

You do not need to do anything specific, and a full report and further suggestions will be sent to you by email on the same day that your session has been completed  but it’s recommended to:

  • Set an intention to receive the energy.
  • Relax and allow the process to unfold naturally.
  • You may feel energy shifts, warmth, tingling, or simply a sense of calm.

How will I know my session is complete?

You will receive an email confirmation once your session has been completed, along with any personalized insights or guidance.

How long does it take to receive my session?

  • Energy Sessions, Readings & Activations → Completed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified.
  • Custom Services (requiring questionnaire answers) → Completed within 2 business days after receiving your responses.
